Opportunities for service:

Copies of a proposal for  building renovations are available in the foyer or let me know and I can e-mail them to you. Let our building committee let you know what you think. Beau Fulcher, Scott Hollinger, Jeff Goodman, Camron Hurst and Clayton Wilson

If you are interested in hearing aids to help hear our services in the auditorium, please let Eric or Bro. Neal know.

Help is needed in Children’s Chapel and Nursery. More workers are needed so the times workers spend out of our regular services are farther between. Please prayerfully consider this ministry. See Shanna Hurst for more information.

Coming up:

We once again have poinsettias to decorate the sanctuary during the Christmas season.  To donate $25 for a poinsettia in memory or in honor of someone, see Shanna Hurst.

December 14-Ladies Christmas party at Cotija, 11:00-1:00. All ladies invited. If you would like to participate in the gift exchange, bring a $10-20 gift. If you don’t want to participate in the gift exchange, please come anyway!

December 15-KFC Christmas program in morning service. As we will not be able to have a fellowship after this program, we are making goody bags for the children. We plan to make 70 bags. Cookies, snack cakes, and wrapped candy would be appreciated. See Eva for more information or to donate.

 
Community wide Christmas program at Harmony in the evening service. We will be helping provide refreshments for this event. See Heather Dunn for more info

There are envelopes available in the foyer to donate to our building project. If all envelopes are used, that will be $68,500 toward our $300,000 goal.

Norman Dunn – 88 yrs recovering from triple bypass & valve replacement

Bro. Jim reports his granddaughter is scheduled for her second treatment today and asks that we continue to remember her in prayer.

The Charlie Winborne Family. Memorial service will be Saturday, December 7 at 11:00am  at the church. Meal will be at the Prattsville Community Center. Tina is at home.

Katie Cox, Diane Wright’s niece, has had a medical procedure. The procedure went well. There is now a wait to see if it will be helpful.

Gary Don Easley is at home and Marylin reports he is in a lot of pain.

Danny Reynolds had shoulder surgery yesterday and is at home.

Ella Arnold’s tests went well.

Rommie Smith is recovering from a fall at Sheridan Nursing and Rehab
